BASIC ACCOUNTING I

This course provides the student with the basic principles and procedures of a manual system of accounting, while at the same time providing an understanding of what computerized accounting software is performing when data is entered. This course covers the accounting equation, financial statements, business transactions, adjusting, closing, reversing entries, special journals and controls.
