BELLY DANCING  Beginning ** NEW**        

Learn the art of Belly Dancing. This dance and exercise class is a great way to strengthen and firm your mid-section and have fun doing so. For all fitness levels.  All classes are held at Results Fitness.

BELLY DANCING  Intermediate ** NEW**        

This class is for learning advanced body isolation routines in the art of belly dancing. Have fun and learn how to use props such as veils and finger cymbals. Some previous belly dancing experience needed. All classes are held at Results Fitness.

SOUTH BEACH AEROBIC CLUB DANCING ** NEW**        

This class will teach you the step-by-step, beat-by-beat aerobic club dancing to energetic club music you will burn calories and have more energy and stamina. This is an all-level class suitable for those with or without rhythm. All fitness levels.     All classes are held at Results Fitness.

ZUMBA AEROBIC DANCING ** NEW**        

This class is a combination of latin and international music dance themes creating a dynamic and effective fitness workout. Zumba aerobic uses interval and resistance training to maximize fat burning and total body toning. For all fitness levels.  All classes are held at Results Fitness, 872 South Federal Hwy., Stuart.
