PILATES ** NEW**

Pilates works with all fitness levels building deep strength to strengthen core muscles from shoulders to below buttocks, increase flexibility and tone muscles from inside out. Positive effects of Pilates are standing taller, improve posture, better sleeping, weight loss, more energy, back pain relief and true flexibility. All classes are held at Results Fitness.

TRACK WORKOUTS ** NEW**        

This class is designed for those who have some running experience, which includes back of the packers, mid packers and front runners. Track interval workouts designed to increase leg turnover and decrease race times. Structured speed workouts each week will help increase speed, strength and stamina. Classes held at Martin County High School.
